The Silk Road Chamber of International Commerce SRCIC on the forum “Russia&Asia”

The Silk Road Chamber of International Commerce (SRCIC) is the headliner of the plenary day of the Russian-Asian International Business Forum (forum “Russia-Asia: Cooperation for Prosperity”) in Moscow on November 1. By direct support of the the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (RSPP) will be organized a new focus session “ONE BELT ONE ROAD: PROSPECTS FOR BUSINESS“. Silk Road Chamber of International Commerce, SRCIC, is an international, non-governmental organization, aiming to promote the renaissance of Silk Road and to enable business participation in the investment and trade opportunities it offers. SRCIC was jointly initiated and founded in Hong Kong China by Tang West Market International Group and several international chambers of commerce along the Silk Road, with the strong support from World Chambers Federation and China Chamber of International Commerce.

In constructing the Silk Road Economic Belt and the 21 Century Maritime Silk Road, the Belt and Road Initiative in China, SRCIC stands out for the conception of openness, inclusiveness, development and a vision of globalization. It intends to build a service platform and cooperative mechanism of equality, efficiency and practicality. This international organization is based on, but not limited to, the scope of the ancient Silk Road region. Its membership is open to over 100 chambers of industry and commerce all over the world.

SRCIC attentively values members’ developing demands, adheres to the principle of discussing, co-building and sharing, and jointly establishes “eSilkroad” platform, which provides services including cross-border e-commerce, RMB online payment and settlement to members. SRCIC also functions as a new platform to promote international culture exchanges while being a new route for enhancing international economic development. SRCIC organizes annual meetings for its members, holds Silk Road themed international summits, forums, seminars, fairs and other business activities to promote multi-lateral trade cooperation and cultural exchanges. SRCIC is bringing together chairmen and executives from more than 30 chambers of commerce and business communities to set up a Silk Road Research Institute. SRCIC will issue Silk Road Monthly journal, providing a communicating platform for its members and business communities to express their insights, opinions and comments to the world economy and the Belt and Road Initiative.

SRCIC is aiming at contributing to a harmonious economic growth and the freedom of international trade to achieve peace and cooperation, mutual learning and mutual benefits in a win-win business world.
