B20 Forum was held in the framework of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum on June 16, 2016.
The discussion of the Forum focused on the B20 recommendations on financing growth, trade and investment, infrastructure, employment and small and medium (SME) development as well as priorities for B20/G20 engagement.
The B20 Forum was attended by high-level representatives of governmental authorities and business, inparticular Jianmin Miao, Vice Chairman, President of China Life Insurance (Group) Company, Andrey Kostin, President, Chairman of the Management Board, Member of the Supervisory Council, Member of the Strategy and Corporate Governance Committee of VTB Bank PJSC, Jack Yun Ma, Executive Chairman of Alibaba Group and many others. The B20 Forum was opened with statement from Chen Yuan, Vice Chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference.
The final B20 recommendations will be presented to the G20 leaders at the summit in Hangzhou in September.
